This is an alternate version of the song "Feel It" from the EP. During the process of making the final EP, each of the 5 final tracks had about 9 or 10 different demo versions. The differences could have been the bass line, chorus lyrics, verse instrumentation, melodies, groove, key, tempo, or any combination of the above, (etc etc etc). Each version was kind of its own thing, so I left one demo version as a bonus on the EP to show some of the behind the scenes creative processes!
The reason I changed from this demo version to the final version is that I felt like this demo version summed everything up a bit to neatly to fully resonate with the emotion I was trying to capture. I wanted to leave a little more space for thinking and breathing, so I took away all the instruments and started from a blank slate.
